Welcome to Pinnacle Business School Nigeria. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment, use of our facilities, programs, and academic materials. By registering or enrolling at Pinnacle Business School Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, making a fee payment, or collecting academic materials from Pinnacle Business School Nigeria ("the School," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Student") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies, rules, or guidelines issued by the School from time to time.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Pinnacle Business School Nigeria.
2. Enrollment & Admission
2.1 Application
All prospective students must complete the official application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The School reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
2.2 Accurate Information
Students are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the application and enrollment process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without a refund.
2.3 Confirmation of Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed part-payment of tuition fees and issuance of a formal enrollment confirmation by the School.
2.4 Age Requirement
Students must meet the minimum age and qualification requirements for their chosen program. The School reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility.
3. Fees & Payment
3.1 Tuition Fees
All tuition fees are published on the School's official website or communicated during the admission process. Fees are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect students already enrolled in a current program cycle.
3.2 Payment Schedule
Full payment of tuition fees is required prior to the commencement of classes unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing with the School's administration. Students on a payment plan must adhere to the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension from classes.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Application and registration fees
- Examination registration fees (once submitted to the examining body)
- Administrative processing fees
3.4 Late Payment
The School reserves the right to restrict access to classes, materials, or examination entry for students who have outstanding fee balances. Continued non-payment may result in withdrawal from the program.
4. Refund Policy
Pinnacle Business School Nigeria recognizes that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the School, taking into account resources and materials already committed at the time of enrollment.
4.1 Refund Schedule
Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the written withdrawal request and whether academic materials have been collected:
| Circumstance | Refund Eligibility |
|---|---|
| Written withdrawal within 7 days of payment, no materials collected, no classes attended | Up to 80% Refund |
| Written withdrawal within 7 days of payment, but materials already collected | No Refund |
| Withdrawal after 7 days but before commencement of classes, no materials collected | Partial Refund (at School's discretion) |
| Withdrawal after classes have commenced (regardless of reason) | No Refund |
| Academic materials collected (at any time) | No Refund |
| Program cancelled by the School | Full Refund |
4.2 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be:
- Submitted in writing via email to contactcentre@pinnaclebusinessschool.com
- Accompanied by proof of payment
- Submitted within the applicable timeframe as outlined above
Verbal requests for refunds will not be honored. Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
4.3 Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, the School may, entirely at its discretion, consider a partial refund or credit transfer to a future cohort, provided that adequate supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) is submitted. Such consideration does not constitute a waiver of this policy.
4.4 Enrollment Deferral
As an alternative to a refund, students may apply to defer their enrollment to the next available cohort of the same program. Deferral requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the School administration.
5. Student Conduct
5.1 Code of Conduct

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. Students found guilty of academic dishonesty may face suspension, expulsion, or referral to the relevant examination body, and no refund of fees shall be issued.
5.3 Disciplinary Action
The School reserves the right to suspend or expel any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the learning environment or the School's reputation. Disciplinary decisions are final and no refund shall be issued in such cases.
