Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling at Pinnacle Business School Nigeria.

Effective Date: May 2025

Welcome to Pinnacle Business School Nigeria. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment, use of our facilities, programs, and academic materials. By registering or enrolling at Pinnacle Business School Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, making a fee payment, or collecting academic materials from Pinnacle Business School Nigeria ("the School," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Student") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies, rules, or guidelines issued by the School from time to time.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Pinnacle Business School Nigeria.

2. Enrollment & Admission

2.1 Application

All prospective students must complete the official application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The School reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2.2 Accurate Information

Students are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the application and enrollment process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without a refund.

2.3 Confirmation of Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed part-payment of tuition fees and issuance of a formal enrollment confirmation by the School.

2.4 Age Requirement

Students must meet the minimum age and qualification requirements for their chosen program. The School reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Tuition Fees

All tuition fees are published on the School's official website or communicated during the admission process. Fees are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect students already enrolled in a current program cycle.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Full payment of tuition fees is required prior to the commencement of classes unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing with the School's administration. Students on a payment plan must adhere to the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension from classes.

3.3 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Application and registration fees
  • Examination registration fees (once submitted to the examining body)
  • Administrative processing fees

3.4 Late Payment

The School reserves the right to restrict access to classes, materials, or examination entry for students who have outstanding fee balances. Continued non-payment may result in withdrawal from the program.

All payments must be made through the School's official and approved payment channels. The School accepts no responsibility for payments made through unauthorized channels.

4. Refund Policy

Pinnacle Business School Nigeria recognizes that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the School, taking into account resources and materials already committed at the time of enrollment.

4.1 Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the written withdrawal request and whether academic materials have been collected:

Circumstance Refund Eligibility
Written withdrawal within 7 days of payment, no materials collected, no classes attended Up to 80% Refund
Written withdrawal within 7 days of payment, but materials already collected No Refund
Withdrawal after 7 days but before commencement of classes, no materials collected Partial Refund (at School's discretion)
Withdrawal after classes have commenced (regardless of reason) No Refund
Academic materials collected (at any time) No Refund
Program cancelled by the School Full Refund

4.2 How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be:

  1. Submitted in writing via email to contactcentre@pinnaclebusinessschool.com
  2. Accompanied by proof of payment
  3. Submitted within the applicable timeframe as outlined above

Verbal requests for refunds will not be honored. Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14–21 working days.

4.3 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, the School may, entirely at its discretion, consider a partial refund or credit transfer to a future cohort, provided that adequate supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) is submitted. Such consideration does not constitute a waiver of this policy.

4.4 Enrollment Deferral

As an alternative to a refund, students may apply to defer their enrollment to the next available cohort of the same program. Deferral requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the School administration.

Important: Once academic materials have been collected by the student, no refund of tuition fees shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

5. Student Conduct

5.1 Code of Conduct

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values of Pinnacle Business School Nigeria — integrity, respect, professionalism, and excellence. Students must:

  • Treat fellow students, faculty, and staff with courtesy and respect
  • Attend classes punctually and regularly
  • Submit assessments and assignments honestly and on time
  • Comply with all rules and regulations of the examination bodies (e.g., CIPS, Prince2)
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying

5.2 Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. Students found guilty of academic dishonesty may face suspension, expulsion, or referral to the relevant examination body, and no refund of fees shall be issued.

5.3 Disciplinary Action

The School reserves the right to suspend or expel any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the learning environment or the School's reputation. Disciplinary decisions are final and no refund shall be issued in such cases.

6. Academic Materials

Academic materials issued to students — including textbooks, handouts, study packs, and digital resources — are provided for personal academic use only. Students must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell materials to third parties
  • Share digital materials via social media or unauthorized platforms
  • Use materials for any commercial purpose

Academic materials remain the intellectual property of Pinnacle Business School Nigeria or the respective examining body and are subject to copyright protection.

Collection of academic materials confirms acceptance of these terms and triggers the no-refund condition under Section 4.1.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, branding, logos, and resources produced by Pinnacle Business School Nigeria are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of the School.

Student work submitted as part of assessments remains the property of the student; however, the School reserves the right to use anonymized examples of student work for educational and promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

Pinnacle Business School Nigeria is committed to protecting your personal information. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes relating to your enrollment, academic administration, communication, and compliance with examination body requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pinnacle Business School Nigeria shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from enrollment or participation in programs
  • Loss or damage to personal property on School premises
  • Disruptions to programs caused by circumstances beyond the School's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or industrial action
  • Examination results or outcomes determined by external bodies (e.g., CIPS, Prince2)

The School's total liability to any student shall not exceed the total tuition fees paid by that student for the relevant program.

10. Termination of Enrollment

The School may terminate a student's enrollment without refund in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Academic misconduct or examination malpractice
  • Non-payment of outstanding fees
  • Conduct deemed harmful to other students, staff, or the School's reputation

A student who wishes to voluntarily withdraw must notify the School in writing. Voluntary withdrawal is subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 4.

11. Changes to These Terms

Pinnacle Business School Nigeria reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on the School's official website and, where practicable, communicated to currently enrolled students via email.

Continued enrollment following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
